- Separating of Egg Whites and Yolks

- Making of Meringue

- Macronage Process

- Piping of Macaron Shells

- Basic Buttercream Recipe

**NEWLY ADDED: Basics of Calligraphy

- Paring and Filling of Shells

 

Each student will go home with:

- The ingredient and supply list.

- Macaron Recipe

- Buttercream Recipe

- 30-35 Macarons
