Macarons are it's best eating conditions at room temperature. You can store macarons in the refrigerator for up to 3 days after purchase or in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. If storing in the freezer, keep the macarons in an air tight container or plastic wrap the entire box to ensure freshness. Macarons cannot be left out in the sunlight as the center of the macaron (cream) will melt and will cause your macaron to slip and slide.
Our pies should be kept in the refrigerator and is best enjoyed cold. Pies can be kept for up to 3 days after purchase, but it is best to consume the day of purchase. If storing in the refrigerator, we recommend to store your pie in an air tight container or plastic wrap the entire box to ensure freshness. Pies should not be left out in direct sunlight as the pie will melt.
Cookies are baked fresh daily and is best consume on the same day. Cookies can be kept for up to 3 days and is best kept in an airtight container by flavor. Add a slice of bread to preserve the softness of the cookie.
Cupcakes are best enjoyed at room temperature, if you must refrigerate them overnight, we recommend to store cupcakes in an air tight container or plastic wrap the entire box to ensure freshness. Please keep cupcakes out of direct sunlight, we usually frost cupcakes with with buttercream or cream cheese which will melt if left out in the sun.
Transport your cake by placing it on a flat surface. Prop items against the cake box to ensure that the cake box does not move around due to sudden stops or swift turns.
Cakes tastes best at room temperature. If you are serving the cake on the day that you pick it up from the bakery, refrigerate your cake and remove from the refrigerator 20-30 minutes before serving to ensure soft cake and creamy buttercream. Keep in mind that we use butter, so if butter will melt in your current temperature, so will the cake.
NUMBER & MONOGRAM CUPCAKES
Transport your cupcakes by placing it on a flat surface. Prop items around the cupcake box to ensure that the cupcake box does not move around due to sudden stops or swift turns.
If serving the same day, you can keep it in a cool, AC temperature or in a very cool area. Do not put in direct sunlight. You may also keep it in the refrigerator to ensure freshness of the strawberries. IF your cupcakes have cream cheese, whipped cream or Chantilly, the cupcakes MUST be refrigerated. You can take out 10 minutes before serving.
